Our COVID-19 Response

The safety and health of our staff, customers, and community are our top priority. We have been practicing social distancing, introduced increased hygiene and protective requirements, and have transferred every staff member with remote capabilities to work from home. Our web store remains open and we are processing orders, though due to the impact that these measures have on our business, orders may be delayed.

1. What are you doing to protect your staff?

We've significantly reduced our staff at our distribution center, and those who are working are practicing physical distancing. We are following CDC guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our workers and customers. 

2. Are you shipping orders?

YES. Our staff is reduced, but we are able to process orders right now. We welcome your support, and we will happily and safely ship your orders.

3. When will I get my order?

The situation is evolving, and order timing is impacted by more than our processing times. That being said, as of the week of 3/23 we are shipping 4 days a week, Mon-Thurs. Orders received Friday-Sunday will ship Mon or Tues. After that point, it's up to the carriers how long it takes to get to you, and due to the national and global surge in deliveries, you are likely to see longer than normal transit times. We're doing our best to get your shipments to the carrier as soon as possible. We are still providing tracking numbers so that you can track your shipment and get a clear idea of when to expect it.

4. Where can I get more information on COVID-19?

The CDC and WHO have excellent resources updated frequently on how to protect yourself and your family. 

5. What are you doing to support the community?

We're organizing a way to send socks to nurses and doctors to help provide a little boost of happiness and show our support and thanks for all they're doing: you can help by donating a kit through our website. As you're likely aware, like many small local businesses, we're impacted by the retail closures, so the donation helps support our continued operation by covering the cost of the product, labor, and logistics of delivery.
