FAQ About Monthly Sock Subscription

Can I choose to be billed monthly or all at once?

Our monthly subscriptions are all required to be paid in full at time of purchase. We can only offer a prepaid option at this time as we do not store any of your payment information for security reasons. 

Can I choose the shipping date of my sock box?

No. We send all our sock boxes on or around the same date (the 10th) each month.

If I decide I don’t want the rest of my subscription before it’s over, can I re-gift it?

Yes. You can change the associated name and address anytime in your account (My Account>Subscription) and the next box will be sent to the new address. Note that if you do change the shipping address, only the original person who purchased the subscription (you) can make changes to the shipping address.

If I decide I don’t want the rest of my subscription before it’s over, can I cancel it?

Yes. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time and the remaining months (anything that has not been processed & shipped) will be refunded. Contact us to cancel. The cut-off date for subscriptions is the 9th of every month. Please give us at least 1 business day to process your request: if you request on a Friday evening, we won’t see it until Monday morning, the earliest. Our hours are posted at the bottom of our website, and on the customer service contact form.

Can I change the length of my subscription? 

If you’d like to receive fewer months of subscription, you can cancel the remaining months that have not shipped by contacting us. You cannot add months to your existing subscription-- however, we’ll remind you when it’s time to renew so that you can extend it!

Can I put my subscription on hold if I’m going out of town?

No. You can speak with the postal service to hold your packages while you are gone or change the address where your sock box is delivered (to a neighbor or your office) in your account (My Account>Subscription).

Can I change the shipping address associated with my subscription? Can I do so multiple times? 

Yes. You can change it as many times as you want in your account (My Account>Subscription).

What type of socks will I receive in my subscription box?

When setting up your subscription, you'll select the size of socks you'd like to receive. There are 3 options:

  • S/M Crew - Will contain S/M or Women's Crew Socks
  • M/L Crew - Will contain M/L or Men's Crew Socks
  • S/M Knee - Will contain S/M or Women's Knee Highs
Can I get 1 women’s and 1 men’s sock in my sock box?

Not currently, but that’s something we may offer in the future!

Can monthly subscriptions ship internationally?

Yes! We ship wherever we are able using our current shipping methods. Just choose the 'International' option when building your subscription. Depending on your location, it could take anywhere from 2-6 weeks for your monthly box to arrive.

I'm a Rewards Member. Can I pay for a monthly subscription with my points, and does a subscription purchase earn me points?

You cannot earn reward points when purchasing Sock It to Me Monthly Subscription. However, you can use your points to order a a monthly subscription either in part or in whole.

My sock box didn’t show up. What do I do?

Let us know! Please contact us at [email protected] with the order number for your original purchase or the email address associated with your subscription.

If there’s a sale on everything, does that count toward Sock It to Me Subscriptions?

It depends on the sale! Most sales will not. Promotions on subscriptions are rare, but they do happen. Just be sure to read the promotion details for any sale we're running to see if it includes subscripitons. 

If I don’t like the socks I get in my sock box, can I exchange them?

We don't typically offer exchanges for subscripiton socks. Part of the fun of a monthly subscription is the surprise! We really can’t see you not liking any of our fun socks, but if that’s the case, you give them away to a friend who will love and cherish the socks as it was meant to be. If your socks do not fit as expected, then please reach out to us and we can help cancel your subscription so you can purchase a different size.

I received a monthly subscription as a gift and I can no longer get in touch with the person who got it for me and I need to update my shipping address. What do I do?

Please contact us at [email protected], and we can take care of it for you. Only the person who originally purchased the subscription has the ability to make changes to it through their account.
