The women that were behind this movement were called suffragettes and created their own sashes, badges and flags to display their unity and desire to have the right to participate in democracy. These Votes For Women Crew socks are reminiscent of this first wave of feminism that helped women secure a protected constitutional right that all can enjoy to this day.

Sign in to reviewHello! I love the theme and pattern and color of these socks and the Plat-tide crew socks and all the socks I bought! But the elastic band which holds the socks up is too tight for me and causes quite an indentation in my leg. I wear them anyway turned down like an anklet sock. I love looking down at my feet and seeing these socks! I wish the elastic could be less tight.
