This is a follow-up to a previous review I left, increasing the rating to five stars.
I'd ordered a size small originally based on the sizing recommendation in the description; I wear a women's size 8 shoe, so I ordered accordingly. As promised in their reply to my original review, Sock It to Me contacted me shortly thereafter. Jessica was friendly and professional and offered to send me a size medium to replace the smalls that wouldn't stay on my heels. I'm happy to say that the new size worked great! The day after I got them in the mail, I wore them to work again and had no problems with them! Thanks for the great customer service, SItM!
These are adorable socks. They're lightweight and very comfortable, almost like wearing nothing at all. The problem is that they don't stay on. The first time I wore them was to work; and within a half hour of walking around (I work in a bakery kitchen), they were falling off my heels. Fortunately, I had a back-up pair of socks with me and could change. I thought it was only because of the style of shoes I have to wear at work, so I tried again another day with sneakers. Same problem. They're now going to be just socks I wear around the house when I don't want to be barefoot.
Hey MJ, our returns desk is going to reach out to you; those no-shows should be staying on your feet! Thanks for the feedback!
