Sock It to Me Monthly FAQ

Can I choose to be billed monthly or all at once?

Sock It to Me Monthly is only offered as pre-paid for the full time period for the length you chose: not billed monthly.

 

Can I choose the shipping date of my sock box?

No. We send all our sock boxes on the same date (the 10th) each month.

 

If I decide I don’t want the rest of my subscription before it’s over, can I re-gift it?

Yes. You can change the associated name and address anytime in your account (My Account>Subscription) and the next box will be sent to the new address. Note that if you do change the shipping address, only the original person who purchased the subscription (you) can make changes to the shipping address.

 

If I decide I don’t want the rest of my subscription before it’s over, can I cancel it?

Yes. You can cancel Sock It to Me Monthly at any time and the remaining months (anything that has not been processed & shipped) will be refunded. Contact us to cancel. The cut-off date for subscriptions is the 9th of every month. Please give us at least 1 business day to process your request: if you request on a Friday evening, we won't see it until Monday morning, the earliest. Our hours are posted at the bottom of our website, and on the customer service contact form.

 

Can I change the length of my subscription? 

If you’d like to receive fewer months of Sock It to Me Monthly, you can cancel the remaining months that have not shipped by contacting us. You cannot add months to your existing subscription-- however, we’ll remind you when it’s time to renew so that you can extend it!

 

Can I put my Sock It to Me Monthly account on hold if I’m going out of town?

No. You can speak with the postal service to hold your packages while you are gone or change the address where your sock box is delivered (to a neighbor or your office) in your account (My Account>Subscription).

 

Can I change the shipping address associated with my subscription? Can I do so multiple times? 

Yes. You can change it as many times as you want in your account (My Account>Subscription).

 

Can I get 1 women’s and 1 men’s sock in my sock box?

Not currently, but that’s something we may offer in the future!

 

Does Sock It to Me Monthly ship internationally?

Not currently, but that’s something we may offer in the future! Right now we're shipping only to United States territories.

 

I’m part of the League of Heroes. Can I pay for Sock It to Me Monthly with Super Powers and does a subscription purchase get me Super Powers?

You cannot earn Super Powers when purchasing Sock It to Me Monthly. However, you can use your Super Powers to order a Sock It to Me Monthly either in part or in whole.

 

My sock box didn’t show up. What do I do?

Let us know! You can contact us via email or phone: 503-419-6428. Having your subscription order number handy will save time.

 

If there’s a sale on everything, does that count toward Sock It to Me Monthly?

It depends on the sale! Most sales will not. Some sales will include Sock It to Me Monthly, so make sure to read the details for a promotion you're not sure about. 

 

If I don’t like the socks I get in my sock box, can I exchange them?

No. Part of the fun of Sock It to Me Monthly is the surprise! We really can’t see you not liking any of our fun socks, but if that's the case, you give them away to a friend who will love and cherish the socks as it was meant to be. Check out our return policy here.

 

I received Sock It to Me Monthly as a gift and I can no longer get in touch with the person who got it for me and I need to update my shipping address. What do I do?

Please get in touch with us by email or phone: 503-419-6428, and we can take care of it for you. Only the person who originally purchased the subscription has the ability to make changes to it through their account.
